Once your order has been dispatched (usually within 1–2 business days), you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS.

Delivery Timelines (South Africa)

Gauteng / Cape Town / Durban: 1–3 business days.

Regional Towns: 3–5 business days.

Remote/Outlying Areas: Up to 7 business days.
Note: Deliveries take place Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00. No deliveries are made on Public Holidays.
Tracking FAQs
Why is my tracking number not working? It can take up to 12 hours for the courier to scan your parcel into their system after it leaves our warehouse. If it still isn't showing after 24 hours, please contact us.
Can I change my delivery address? Once the parcel is with the courier, address changes may incur a "re-routing" fee. Please contact the courier directly with your tracking number for the fastest response.
My order says "Out for Delivery"—when will it arrive? This means the driver is in your area! Our couriers typically deliver to business addresses before 15:00 and residential addresses before 17:00.
