We are committed to delivering your botanical products across South Africa swiftly and securely. Below you will find our local shipping timelines and return procedures.
Shipping Policy
1. Processing Times All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed before 10:00 AM (SAST) Monday–Friday are typically dispatched the same day.

Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates We use reliable local couriers (Door-to-Door) to ensure your package arrives safely.

Major Centers (JHB, CPT, DBN, PTA): 1–3 business days.

Regional/Outlying Areas: 3–5 business days.

Standard Rate: RXX.XX (Calculated at checkout).

Free Delivery: Available for all orders over RXXX.
3. Delivery Partners Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. We primarily use The Courier Guy for door-to-door deliveries.
4. Collection Options If you prefer to collect from a Pudo locker or a PAXI point, please specify the point name and code in the shipping notes at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
2. Return Conditions

Unopened Products: Must be in original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Opened Products: If you have tried the product and found it unsuitable, please contact us. We offer a one-time exchange or store credit to help you find the right botanical match.

Return Shipping: For change-of-mind returns, the cost of the return courier is the responsibility of the customer.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items Should your package arrive damaged or if we’ve sent the wrong item, please notify us at info@purekanna.co.za within 24 hours. We will arrange a courier collection and send a replacement at our own expense.
4. Refund Process Refunds are processed via [EFT / PayFast / Yoco] back to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account after we have received the returned goods.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge if they have not yet been collected by the courier. If the order is already in transit, the standard return policy applies.
